Conduct a telemedicine visit with an UpScript physician to determine which IBS treatment options may be right for you. If a prescription treatment is appropriate for you, your prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy of choice. The cost of your IBS medication will be determined by your pharmacy.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
  • 1. Register – Set up an account by providing your Name, Date of Birth, Email, and Password.
  • 2. Complete Medical Questionnaire – Answer a few medical questions that the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will review during your video or telephone consultation.
  • 3. Provide Pharmacy, Payment & Insurance Information – Enter pharmacy information where you want to pick up your prescription, billing information to cover the visit, and insurance information so we can work with your pharmacy to see if a prescription is covered by your plan.
  • 4. Conduct Visit With a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner – Conduct a Telephone or Video Consultation to find out if a prescription is right for you. The consultation type (telephone or video) depends on your state regulations.
MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE

After registering, you will be required to complete an online medical questionnaire outlining your medical history, including current medical conditions and any medications you are currently taking. This questionnaire will help the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner reviewing your prescription request to determine whether the prescription you have requested is appropriate for you.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS

If your state requires a telephone consultation, one of our Doctors or Nurse Practitioners will call you within 48 hours of placing your order. The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will review the medical information you provided, verify important medical information, and address any specific questions you might have. You should expect to receive a call from the phone number 480-707-4571. The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will attempt to reach you at least 3 times before canceling your order.

VIDEO CONSULTATIONS

If your state requires a video consultation, you will be required to have a video visit with one of our Doctors or Nurse Practitioners. Our site uses a secure, private, high-quality video between you and our licensed Doctors or Nurse Practitioners. The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will review the medical information you provided and address any specific questions you may have.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND CONDUCT VIDEO CONSULTATION AT DIFFERENT TIMES?

While you can place your order at any time, you must complete a video consultation for your prescription to be processed. If you are unable to conduct your video consultation at the time you place your order, simply log back into your account at any time during office hours to complete your consultation. We will not process your order until the video consultation is complete.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR VIDEO AND TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS AND HOW DO I KNOW WHICH I NEED?

All states require some interaction between a patient and a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner in order to prescribe medication. However, regulations governing the type of interaction or consultation differ from state to state. Depending on your state, you will be required to have a telephone or video visit with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

In all cases, the process is simple and easy to follow.
